The lights CLOUD, SLIM and SINCE received design awards.

International "reddot and if design award 2007".

Three Schmitz luminaires have received the corresponding awards for creativity, innovative activity and high quality. The well-known juries had to choose between 2500 worldwide entries from 43 countries. Schmitz Leuchten was able to win successfully against very qualified competitors.

Nomination for the "Design Award of the Federal Republic of Germany 2008"

The prize will be rewarded by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology. To be nominated for this category is a very high honour in itself as nomination is by invitation only. In addition, all the products nominated for this category must already have a national or international distinction. In this case the three nominated products have already received the if-product design award 2007 and the reddot design award 2007.
