Schmitz-Leuchten presented "light artworks" in Arnsberg.

At the occasion of the "International Art summer 2007" which has just ended and was themed "Art and Light", Schmitz-Leuchten presented together with local artists illuminated "light artworks" to the interested public.

"The captured light" was the title of the art project, where 24 BASALT outdoor lights from the subsidiary company "Helestra" illuminated the Klosterhof Wedinghausen situated in the historical old city of Arnsberg. The single objects have been represented by recognised artists.

"Magic Light" was another "Schmitz-light art project" together with artists and photographs. In the lounge of the Sauerlandtheater in Arnsberg four artistically designed STAY wall lights in the size 125 x 125 cm created a magic atmosphere.
